TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PAYMENT TO MEMBER EVENTS

On our website, you can pay for participation in special member events.

The following terms and conditions apply in relation to payment for member event participation on the SLM København website:

  1. The legal responsible for ticket payments is Foreningen SLM København (VAT no. DK-26450500), Lavendelstræde 17, baghuset, stuen - 1462 København K.
  2. If you are not familiar with SLM København, you should make yourself familiar with the articles of the association and other information to understand the purpose of the association.
  3. Payment for participation in member events cannot be cancelled/refunded and unused tickets are not refunded.
  4. Tickets, where a choice has been made at the time of purchase, can only be changed to another option if the price is the same. Contact webmaster@slm-cph.dk.
  5. Foreningen SLM København is not liable for invalid tickets that have not been issued directly by SLM København. The barcode on the ticket only allows entry for one person, unless otherwise stated. Illegal copying and/or resale of tickets may result in you being refused entry to the event. SLM Copenhagen has no responsibility for problems caused by illegal copying and/or resale of tickets.
  6. Legal prohibition against resale for commercial purposes: it is, cf. "Act on resale of tickets for cultural and sports events", not allowed to sell and resell overpriced tickets in Denmark. This means e.g. that it is illegal to resell tickets with a profit.
  7. Access with a ticket to certain events may be conditional on the ticket holder being a member of Foreningen SLM København or an annual/full member of another association under the Top of Europe or ECMC organisations. Events that require a membership in addition to the ticket are generally only sold on the closed membership website - i.e. unavailable to the public.
  8. When attending events at SLM København, you must always comply with the house rules - even if the event is not physically held in the SLM København own premises. Violation of the club rules may result in expulsion. Tickets are not refunded in case of expulsion.
  9. A ticket only gives access to an event with a dress code if the dress code is strictly followed. Tickets are not refunded in such cases.
  10. Payment for tickets in advance is handled via the payment service provider FREEPAY, where your name, e-mail address and credit card information are registered. You can read more about our policy regarding protection of personal information (GDPR) here.
  11. Most common payment cards are accepted (Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, JCB, Diners/Discover) and 3D Secure security is used.
  12. Foreningen SLM København does not charge separate fees in relation to payment by credit card. Your credit card company/bank may charge a transaction fee or an currency exchange fee. Such fees are beyond the control of SLM København.
  13. Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, this will be announced on our website and via e-mail to everyone who has purchased a ticket. Tickets for cancelled events are fully refunded to the credit card that was used for payment only - even if a resale has taken place.
  14. If you wish to complain about a payment, please contact slm-cph@slm-cph.dk stating the ticket number, name and e-mail address on the ticket. Complains can also be submitted via the Complaint portal to Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. If you are a citizen of another EU country, you can also submit your complaint online via the complaint platform of the EU Commision.
